Twice the whole transaction went without a problem, the third time the artist sent the painting without the frame, although it was displayed and offered for sale with the frame. The curator contacted me as soon as the painting arrived at the gallery and informed me of this fact. He offered to cancel the sale and refund my money, but I liked the painting and wanted to keep it. So the artist was contacted, he framed the painting and we completed the whole transaction to the satisfaction of all involved. I appreciate Original Gallery's fair approach and highly recommend it.
