Alkotás leírása

The painting "Listening to the Sea" was created as part of my long-term project "Déjà Vu". The canvas depicts a figure stepping away from the imposed view of female perfection in order to listen to an inner, bodily voice. The sea no longer frames ideal beauty, but becomes an inner resonance, a space for a newly emerging identity, which can arise from matter ungraspable for men. The work enters into dialogue with "The Birth of Venus" by Sandro Botticelli, where the female figure is presented as an idealized object. Here i
