The painting "Beyond the Horizon of the Present" explores the fragile boundary between memory and the absence of reality. The painting is part of my ongoing "Déjà Vu" series, in which I examine the psychological phenomena that arise when the present moment unexpectedly resonates with the past. It is a memory that does not exist, an illusion of familiarity that astonishes the mind precisely because it cannot be real.
