A memory from youth is the theme of this painting. About fifty or more years ago there wasn't much television yet, and so people often went to the cinema. Even in our small town the cinema played several times a week. Around town at that time there were several poster boards, where new films were advertised by sticking up posters. Our boys' fun was to tear down these posters and doodle on the poster board. This painting is a memory of that time.
