"Side alley in the town of Noto" is an impressive work by Czech artist Jiri Mastil measuring 43x31 cm, created using mixed technique on paper. The painting transports the viewer to the historic Sicilian town of Noto, which was completely rebuilt with a baroque urban plan after the earthquake of 1693. In addition to right-angled avenues with pompous baroque palaces, the author captures the charm of narrow, winding alleys that hide the authentic atmosphere of the city. The work combines subtle color nuances and textures, creating
