This image arose from the need to express my inner feelings and struggles that I experience when I feel overwhelmed by my problems. "MUD" is a visual representation of moments when I cannot find a solution and my thoughts keep returning to the same questions and problems. I feel as if I am increasingly entangling myself in my own thoughts, as if I were moving in mud that prevents me from seeing clearly and finding a solution. The picture is drawn on drawing paper with Caran d'Ache LUMINANCE pigment pencils.
