The Interspace series. The painting captures the moment when space stops behaving as a unified whole and begins to break down into individual layers and fragments. Vertical structures mutually disrupt each other, shift and lose firm anchoring. A tension arises between the effort for order and the inevitable transformation in which the original arrangement disintegrates and opens space for new relationships and meanings.
