This forest is like a memory in which it is always bright, even though in reality it was raining. It smells here of pines, silence and something childlike — as if at any moment someone might call your name from the other side of the path. The sun doesn't warm you, it just seems to hold your hand — lightly, almost imperceptibly. And you're not going anywhere specific, you just walk, because it's good to walk.
