Here’s something new—I’ve started making light-up pictures that plug into an outlet. But let’s start from the very beginning… When I was young, I used to paint and doodle, just like any other kid. It wasn’t until 2019/2020 that I tried my hand at creating my very first 3D-style painting—“3 Triangles.” It was made of carved balsa wood, painted with acrylics, and glued onto plywood. Over the course of the year, I made about 20 paintings this way, interspersing them with classic paintings on canvas on a frame and pour-style paintings, and then I stopped. In 2025, I returned to it, but with a slight twist… I switched from A4 to A3 or combinations of multiple wooden frames, and I added hidden battery-powered LED strips beneath the individual pieces, which are held in place by magnets. In May 2026, I hung my first large painting, CRAZY TRAIN, featuring a 230V LED strip, at the community center in Břevnov. It’s magical… I really liked it, and I’m now working on a painting of glowing chili peppers for the opening in June. I look forward to meeting you someday.
