Eva Literová

I’ve been painting since I was a child. I graduated from the Václav Hollar School of Fine Arts in Prague.

I’ve always been interested in capturing the atmosphere of a moment, as well as the tension of a particular place or situation.

I prefer to draw inspiration from the outdoors, because that’s where light offers the most possibilities for change.

Trees and their shapes are particularly interesting to me.

I paint with acrylics on canvas, and I also enjoy watercolors and pastels.
