Patricia Slosiar

My name is Patricia Slosiar. I am an artist living in Liptovský jáno and I do abstract painting with acrylic on canvas, which I combine with oil pastel, wood, paper and other materials. My paintings are full of life, vibrant and energetic and full of colour. I love working with colour, texture, layering and the feeling when the colours start to come together. I use a variety of tools in my work from brushes, spatulas, combs, sponges to my own hands. I love touching the canvas,creating a space where an amazing story is created that takes you to the depths of your soul. Each piece is original, unique and brings with it its own essence. Art for me is like a moment of poetry, where the loud notes of music disappear and turn into colorful reflections of light. It is a miracle that evokes feelings of joy, love and happiness through my hands. The works I create help people to grow, see differently and bring positive changes in their lives.
