Varvara Skibina

Varvara Skibina was born in Moscow in 1989. Since 2012 she has been living in Prague. Her abstract work reflects a fascination with surfaces and textures, and includes elements of botanical illustration and Eastern calligraphy. At the same time, she is involved in a considerable amount of artistic activities in the Czech Republic - she participates in exhibitions, creates commissioned works (more at ), hosts and manages the Varrika Art Talk podcast. She successfully designs music prints (CD/Vinyl booklets) and contributes to many of them by singing."Smell the Image.
