"Mushroom Picking" is a painting that, with humor and poetry, tells a story from the Czech countryside. The tall silhouette of a figure, perhaps a mushroom picker, perhaps just a dreamer, hovers among ripe ears of grain and little mushrooms that, like small companions, spread out a strange and tenderly surreal world.
