Alex Protsenko was born in 1995 in Kazakhstan to a poor family in a small village where he spent his childhood. He is an artist who, through painting, tackles such seemingly disparate yet homogeneous themes as: emigration, understanding and feeling happiness, the pursuit of happiness both by a particular person and by society in general, the price of achieving happiness, the nature of this feeling and contemporary social problems. All this does not leave the artist indifferent, he has gone through all these material and psychological problems himself. Inside the artist there is a deep paradox, in which on the one hand he reflects on these themes alone, delving deeper and deeper into the themes, on the other hand he wants an endless dialogue with people from different parts of the world. Painting makes all this possible for the artist.
