The need to create, self-realization and the desire to convey emotions in a way other than words led me to art at an early age. As a child, my parents enrolled me in the ZUŠka, where I could further develop myself artistically. I dabbled in ceramics and drawing, but painting was something that always tugged at my heart and I felt it was the right direction. Even in elementary school, I pursued it fully and went to represent the school in painting competitions. Therefore, it was no surprise that my choice of high school was clear. I was accepted to the Art Industrial School of Graphic Design. I didn't know it at the time, but this decision was the beginning of my long hiatus from art. Graphic design was too binding for me and although I had successfully placed in the international competition Young Package I felt that it did not give me the complete freedom and liberty to develop myself to the extent I would have liked. Therefore, after four years of studying at umprumce, I feel I need to leave the art world completely. So I am studying global business and international management at university in Brno and leaving the arts for 7 long years. The world of business, numbers and entrepreneurship fulfilled me, but after this long break, the need for artistic creation starts to resonate again. The part of me that has been there since I was a little girl, that I tried to suppress, has been unquenchable, and so I am returning to canvases and paint again, with one exception, and that is that I make all the rules. Painting is a discipline that has captivated me since I was a little girl, and the reason is the freedom and opportunity for complete freedom of expression it gives me. When I paint I am myself, I am both my inspiration and my only limit, so my work is guided solely by my emotions, feelings and moods. I always put a piece of myself into my paintings, leaving a distinctive handwriting. I use rich colours and am not afraid of expressive abstraction, which makes my paintings wild and full of energy. In short, each one tells its own unique story.
