Since I was a child I have enjoyed drawing and painting, but my profession became finance and painting went by the wayside. I tried many artistic expressions: beading, scrapbooking, découpage and others, until I finally returned to painting. And I was surprised to find that there are not many activities that fill me with such joy and can absorb me for the moment as painting. I am happy when people like my painting and find it as pleasurable as I do. I paint for pleasure, forgetting all my worries. As soon as I hold the brush in my hand, I find myself in another world. Mostly I paint nature, which never ceases to fascinate me. Every day is different, it brings a new perspective, different colour tones, different mood, at every step we can meet an image that brings us joy. I put my free expression into my paintings. I am convinced that people achieve the best results when they do what they enjoy.Since 2014, I have been attending Atelier Kaštan, painting courses under the guidance of MgA. Jitka Hilská.
