My name is Eva Friebeisz, I was born in Bratislava. I have been close to art since I was a little girl, my parents were into music. My father as a professional violinist in HOFER SYMPHONIKER and my mother as a music teacher. My mother's father, Jozef Poláček, worked as a painter in the family, and during his life he actively painted, portraying the face of old Bratislava and capturing the beauty of cities and natural beauty in many parts of Europe. My active work began 15 years ago, I paint mainly landscape and nature, which is an inexhaustible source of themes. I work mainly with acrylic, I do mixed media, some paintings are such a kind of my whimsy, they express my feelings.
