Klára Šiška

A deep connection with oneself, with the inner self and with nature and its cycles - this is what I capture in my paintings. Gentle moments of surrender and being filled with life in color, brushstroke, texture, create new worlds on the canvas that I love to dive into whole, like entering a dream. I have been painting since childhood, with a little break after college when I was searching for what my subject matter and work really is. I studied at SUPŠ in Uherské Hradiště in the studio of Painting and at FaVU in Brno, in the studio of Performance. I founded the screen printing workshop Brno Prints. I am exploring the way inward through creation in the project Inner. I create jewellery from brass, semi-precious stones and SHINEme minerals.
