I came back to painting and printmaking after a couple of decades of being a human through photography and realizing the need to create something with my hands two years ago. I paint in the evenings at home when I don't have to work or take care of the kids. I let my mind and hand on the kitchen floor free to create for the few hours I have to create and often remain amazed at what I have allowed to be born.
