I was born 1.6.1972 in Ostrov nad Ohří. In 1995 I graduated from the Faculty of Education of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. I studied Czech language - art education. This is where my interest in graphic arts began, especially in the techniques of printing from the height of linocut and woodcut and the combination of these techniques with printing from any structural material. My art teachers were excellent graphic artists Prof. Miloš Michálek and Alois Kračmar. Since 2105 I have been a member of SČUG Hollar. I prefer printing techniques from above and combine classical methods with elements of active and structural graphics. Mostly I work with free graphics in small formats up to A3 and ex-libris. Since 2011 I have been printing ex-libris almost exclusively on A4 paper. I mainly deal with nature motifs. Both in concrete representations and in conversion into abstract forms. But I don't avoid basically any themes, so among my prints you can also see themes of animals, plants, cities and rarely other themes.
