Klára Vavřičková

I come from Pilsen and Měcholupy in the Pilsen region. Now I have been living for 13 years with my husband in Zbýšov near Čáslav. I am an enthusiastic traveller, I love the sea and getting to know other cultures. I like going to the theatre, especially to see musicals and comedies, I also like cooking and trying new recipes, but my biggest interest has become painting. I am self-taught when it comes to painting. The urge to try painting was aroused in me by a painting I received by the painter Leonid Afremov. I looked at that painting every day and was captivated by the colours, their use and overall the painting fascinated me and still does today. The biggest part of my work is painting nature. Exhibitions 2023: 1) OMNIBUS Germaany Gallery: exhibition in October "Colorfull" and exhibition in November "My animals" 2) International exhibition ART IN PRAGUE 2023 3) Centrum Galerie Rosa Prague 4) Municipal Library Čáslav I have my studio at home where all my paintings are created. I listen to music or audiobook while painting. I am most happy with every new painting. With each new work I see how I move on and what I have learned. I look forward to each new painting and I am curious to see how it turns out. It has long been my greatest wish and goal to devote myself to painting. I hope that one day it will come true :)
