I have had a positive relationship with art and creativity since childhood. Therefore, I applied to SUŠG in Jihlava, where I studied promotional art in 2008-2012. During this time I mastered various artistic disciplines and techniques, I found my greatest love in sculpture, graphic design and performance, but painting became my heart's affair. At the beginning of my sophomore year, I traded realistic drawings for coloristic paintings in flat panels. I was first introduced to the work of Andy Warhol and was immediately captivated by the style of the 1950s - the fashion, music, literature, film scene and most importantly the artists' distinctive work. This led to my first series of figurative paintings and prints of iconic figures, still life and animals. The intense colours in the surfaces that dominate the work have become a characteristic of my work, and I pay attention to painting portraits, sculptures and religious themes. I paint mainly with acrylic and oil paints on canvas or cardboard.
