I graduated in education with a degree in art, then came children and job opportunities that took me into a completely different field. However, painting and creativity has been with me all the time even when there wasn't much time left. It is only since 2017 that I have been painting full time. I have tried different art techniques and eventually landed mostly on cold beeswax and acrylic painting. Sometimes I also try other techniques. I am defined by abstract painting. I don't focus on depicting objects or a particular scene, but on expressing my feelings and emotions as I observe them. I like to work intuitively, spontaneously without unnecessary thinking. I perceive my work as therapy not only for me, but also for the viewer, who can find in my paintings a mirroring of their feelings.
