I am a painter and sculptor who has long focused primarily on figurative art and animal motifs in my work. It is precisely my connection to animals and their natural expression that serves as one of my primary sources of inspiration.
I see my artistic style as a search for “high-quality realism,” which naturally tends toward a more expressive approach. I am interested not only in faithfully capturing form, but also in the energy, character, and emotions that may be present in a painting or sculpture.
I graduated from an art high school and the Faculty of Arts in Ostrava. I have presented my work at several solo exhibitions throughout the Czech Republic.
For me, art is a way to capture the world around me—not only as it appears at first glance, but also as I experience it myself.
