This work is inspired by the famous painting Girl with a Pearl Earring by the Dutch Baroque painter Johannes Vermeer. It is a mosaic of wooden blocks, with acrylic and oil paints also used. A dried locust is placed where the pearl should be. The whole piece is sealed in epoxy resin. Thanks to the professional framing we offer, the painting will look great both in your living room and in your study.
