Description
This painting was created during my trip to the USA, specifically to Colorado. Mountains are one of my favorite subjects, because they carry a sense of airiness, freedom, and a certain detachment from everyday life. In this work, I used specifically chosen reserved colors to express the cold mist that often shrouds the mountain peaks. I tried to capture that mysterious atmosphere and quiet calm that the mountains bring, and to transfer the feeling of their majesty and distance onto the canvas.
