With this painting I wanted to evoke reflections on the duality of royal power. The contrast between order and chaos, color and monochrome, reason and emotion. All this I depicted in a female torso in the form of a queen, on whose head are colored circles symbolizing power, energy and the changeability of thoughts. The colors flowing down onto the black and white lower part create a contrast between the mind and the firmness of the body. The painting is meant to feel positive despite the dichotomy.
