After a break of nearly a decade, I’m drawing and painting again. As a child, I used to draw all the time and everywhere, but after I finished my studies and started working, I had less and less time for drawing, until eventually I hardly drew at all.In 2017, I went to volunteer at a monkey sanctuary in England, and as we all know, it’s always raining in England. So what do you do when you’re cut off from civilization, in the middle of the forest, and without the internet? That’s when I started drawing again—and I haven’t stopped since. I love realistic pencil drawings the most, but lately I’ve also been experimenting with acrylics, watercolors, and digital drawing on a tablet.
