I love the colors. Colors are essential to my artistic expression. The play of colors, the interplay of colors, the dance of colors. The world around me speaks to me in the language of color. We have a dialogue with each other, the content of which cannot be expressed in words. I am fascinated by the infinite number of variations of colour combinations and the equally infinite range of my feelings that colours evoke.My drawings are illustrations of my inner world, drawings of the soul, mirroring the elusive, shifting states. When I draw, I am free as I allow myself to be in that moment and at the same time I can capture that freedom. Through my drawings I invite the viewer into a world of ambiguity and movement. A world that cannot be analyzed and perhaps not even understood. It can only be experienced.
