Painting has been a part of my life since childhood, when I first held a paintbrush in an after-school art club. Although high school steered me toward social work, drawing has always been a part of me—first as a tool for therapeutic activities, and later as a quiet source of support during the times when sports became my main passion. After a spinal injury, I returned to art full-time.
Academic sculptor Lukáš Bezvoda, who guided me through my creative development, rekindled my joy in colors and creation. I’ve experimented with watercolor pencils, watercolor, acrylic, and oil, but watercolor and acrylic remain closest to my heart. For me, watercolor is therapy, a form of mental well-being, and a space where I can catch my breath after working in social services.
In 2025, I had the honor of presenting my painting to First Lady Eva Pavlová during a gathering of social workers at the castle in Lány.
