When you view art online or in a gallery, what you see first and foremost is the finished work.
A painting, a sculpture, or some other original work of art.
It might catch your eye at first glance.
You might find yourself returning to it several times.
And then comes the decision:
“This is what I want.”
But what happens next?
- It is precisely at the moment of sale that the next phase of Original Gallery's work begins.
- The customer will receive an email with information about the purchase of the artwork.
- At the same time, we inform the author that his work has been sold.
- The artist will then deliver the specific work that was sold to the gallery.
AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHEN OUR WORK BEGINS.
- We will accept and inspect the work.
- Then we'll prepare it for delivery to the client.
- We will also take care of packing it and then delivering or shipping it according to the selected pickup method.
So the whole process can be broken down simply as follows:
THE CLIENT SELECTS → PURCHASES THE WORK → WE NOTIFY THE CLIENT AND THE ARTIST → THE ARTIST DELIVERS THE WORK TO THE GALLERY → ORIGINAL GALLERY RECEIVES AND INSPECTS THE WORK → WE PACK IT → WE DELIVER OR SHIP IT ACCORDING TO THE SELECTED DELIVERY METHOD.
At first glance, it’s just a few simple steps.
But behind them lies work that the client usually doesn’t see.
Everything needs to be properly coordinated between the client, the artist, and the gallery.
Whether it’s a painting, a sculpture, or another original work of art, we want to ensure that its journey from the artist to the client goes smoothly.
That's why, for us, the sale doesn't end with a click of the "Buy" button.
That's where our work really begins.
And at the end of the entire process comes the moment when a particular work of art finds its rightful place.
