Description
Red and white flowers in the grass. A lyrical painting. Colors: red and white, with gold and brown. Encaustic on particleboard / MDF, 45 × 60 cm.
Encaustic is a painting technique using hot wax; the surface has depth and luster. This is not a bouquet in a vase. The “loves in the grass” are flowers left outdoors, rich and warm. The viewer is meant to feel the summer, the light, and the stillness of the grass. An original, one of a kind.
