Modré opojení (Blue Ecstasy)

Description

Cobalt and ultramarine. Second: yellow on Wednesdays and in the grass. Background: a pale, almost white surface. No one has arranged these flowers in a vase here.

They grow toward the light. Blue crowns with yellow centers, green stems, wax flowing between them like dew. In the middle remains a bright path—not the sky, but a threshold. From a distance, a cool, rich blue on a light wall.

Up close, a baked-on layer of wax, droplets, yellow anthers.

For the living room and bedroom. To match white frames and light wood. Daylight lifts the blue; a lamp softens it.
