Pod maskou ticha (Beneath the Mask of Silence)

Description

In this work I explore the inner state of a person hidden behind an outer shell. The face, resembling a mask, emerges from chaotic strokes and flashes of colour – it is a reflection of the many feelings, memories and contradictions that live within us. I intentionally left the lower part of the painting unfinished, with drops of paint, as a symbol of the escape of emotions – the impossibility of holding everything inside. These dripping lines represent vulnerability, sincerity and the movement of life beneath the surface of calm.
