Description
The work “Emission” is part of the “Idea of a Woman” series—an ongoing exploration of the female figure as an internal structure, rather than as an image or portrait. The body occupies a central position, faceless yet present. From it, something yellow moves outward—it is not hair, it is not light, it is not, strictly speaking, a thought, but all of these things at once. Geometric shapes accumulate on the right: fields of color stacked like a system, a logic, a pressure. The figure stands before them without turning away. Note: This work is painted on a solid wood panel. As is common with wooden surfaces, slight warping may occur—however, this does not affect the painting or the structural integrity of the work and can be resolved by framing.
