Inspired by Pablo Picasso’s painting “Girl on a Ball.” While in Picasso’s work the man sits motionless on a cube—a symbol of stability and inner support—here he finds himself on a ball and is losing his balance. The girl appears ready to support him and prevent his fall. Yet she herself becomes the cause of this instability. Her arrival disrupts the man’s usual balance and transforms the external scene into a metaphor for an internal state: the loss of balance is revealed as the consequence of an encounter with someone who is capable of both destroying his support and becoming a new one.
