A memory from youth is the theme of this painting. About fifty or more years ago, there was not much television yet, so people went to the cinema a lot. Even in our small town, the cinema played several times a week. Around the town at that time there were several poster boards where new films were advertised by sticking up posters. Our entertainment as boys was tearing down these posters and scribbling on the poster board. This painting is a memory of that time.
