Odrazy vzdálené hvězdy (Reflections of a Distant Star)

Description

The painting captures a surrealistic or sci-fi landscape with elements of outer space. It is dominated by saturated, cool colors, especially pink/magenta, purple, and dark blue/black, with which I wanted to create the impression in the viewer of an exotic planet hundreds of light years away at twilight or at night. Although the work has an unreal (sci-fi) theme, emotionally it should evoke a feeling of peaceful solitude, while also inspiring awe at the unimaginable beauty of the universe.
