Description
The boat is heading toward us. A seagull is perched on the left edge.
The moon isn’t hanging above the boat; it lies on the water like a path. The bow is pointing toward that path. There’s no one in the boat. The direction is enough.
From a distance, a bright wedge against a blue wall.
Up close: the ribs inside the boat, the reflection of the hull, the moon’s trail.
For the bedroom and living room. It hangs differently than a side view; this one looks right at you. Don’t hang them on the same wall right next to each other unless they’re meant to be a pair.
Original.
