Description of the work:

It was not a ship that first crossed the boundary between universes.

Nor was it a weapon. Nor was it a god.

It was a single grain of pollen that crossed it.

The painting captures the moment when the simulated world first physically touched the reality of its creators. Inside the simulated Earth, Jonáš Varga closes a window so that his daughter Ema won’t sneeze.

However, the speck of dust that was supposed to land on the table disappears.

At that very moment, it appears on a mat in Nary Senn’s laboratory—outside the universe in which it originated.

The turquoise, green, and whitish layers represent two realities that overlapped for a moment. The light vertical streak is a passage that, according to every safety rule, should not have existed. The pink spiral captures a living seed just as its shell opens, releasing the scent of warm earth, rain, and sunlight on the surface of a leaf into a foreign world.

It wasn’t a copy.

It was neither a data record nor a convincing reconstruction.

It was the same seed—marked by a real journey between universes.

For the first time, Nara will recognize more than just biological material in it. She saw proof that the simulation was not a harmless model, but a real world. A world whose inhabitants live, love, suffer, and make decisions, even though their creators are still debating whether they have the right to exist.

The seed weighed less than dust.

Yet it changed the moral state of the entire universe.

The sixth threshold had been crossed.
