In the painting I worked with the figure of Norma Jeane as a symbol of the difference between public identity and a person's inner world. The mirror here does not show reality, but another layer of personality and the past. The surrealist environment is for me not a specific place, but a space between memory, illusion and the image created by the surroundings.
