She lives in his shadow

Description

This photographic image, 55 cm wide and 55 cm high, is hand-transferred using photographic emulsion onto fine art print paper. It is a unique piece, not a reproduction; the layers, creases, and traces of the process remain visible in the image. *She Lives in His Shadow* is a portrait of a presence that hides in the shadow of another. The viewer is meant to feel the closeness of the face as well as what is fading from it. The work is mounted on a Dibond panel.
