The idea for the tadpole came to me while walking around the pond, when the children were catching little tadpoles in the murky water with their little boxes.
I imagined the water for the tadpoles to be beautifully clear and sparkling with color.
However, everything is as it should be, and my tadpole is happy no matter what kind of water it’s in—as long as it’s alive.
