We do not require you to show us the kind of respect given to nuns, the elderly and neurosurgeons. We just want you not to misuse our website. Every new community feature on ORIGINAL GALLERY requires a certain level of trust. We believe you are responsible. Millions of users respect that trust. Please be one of them.
We review works reported as inappropriate
This paragraph is more about us than about you. When a work is reported as inappropriate, we review it to determine whether it violates our Terms of Service. Reported works are therefore not automatically removed by the system. If we remove your work after review, be assured that we had a reason to do so. You should take our warnings seriously. Take a deep breath, read our Terms of Service and try to look at them from our point of view. If you find other works on ORIGINAL GALLERY that violate our terms in the same way, please report them so that we can review them as well.
Do not cross the line
Here are a few basic rules to help you stay out of trouble:
The ORIGINAL GALLERY service is not intended for publishing pornographic material or sexually explicit content. Graphic and gratuitous violence is not allowed. If your work depicts someone being physically injured, attacked or humiliated, do not add it. The aim of ORIGINAL GALLERY is not to shock.
Respect copyright. Upload only works you have created yourself and are authorised to use. So do not upload works you did not create or do not own without the necessary permissions. You can find more information in our Copyright Tips.
We support freedom of expression and defend the rights of everyone who expresses unpopular opinions. However, we prohibit hate speech (verbal attacks on and degradation of protected groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status and sexual orientation or gender identity).
We have zero tolerance for predatory behaviour, stalking, threats, harassment, invasion of privacy and the disclosure of other people’s personal information. Anyone caught engaging in these activities may be permanently banned from ORIGINAL GALLERY.
Nobody likes spam. Do not create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase view counts. It is not acceptable to post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.
Please take these rules seriously and follow them. Do not look for loopholes and do not try to get around the rules. Try to understand them and respect the principles on which they were created. A violation of the Terms of Service may result in a warning being sent or your account being terminated. If your account is terminated for this reason, you will not be able to create any further accounts.

You may not like everything you see. Some content may offend you. If you believe that the work you are looking at violates our Terms of Service, submit your report for review by ORIGINAL GALLERY staff. If not, try choosing a different work – why waste time watching works you do not like?
