You are signed in as an artist and by clicking on your name you can go directly to your artist profile, where you can edit your personal details, change your password, set up notifications, add your original works, edit or promote your original works, and make other account adjustments.
Terms of recurring payments for membership of ORIGINAL GALLERY
(updated as requested – governed by the law of Hungary)
1. Introduction
These terms govern recurring payments for the annual membership of ORIGINAL GALLERY. By purchasing a membership with recurring payment you agree to these terms.
2. Membership price Basic price of the annual membership: CZK 1,200 (excluding VAT).
VAT: 27%.
Total price including VAT: CZK 1,524 per year.
The price is stated in Czech crowns (CZK) and includes all taxes and fees applicable in the Czech Republic.
3. Invoicing and execution of payments Payment is made once a year (annual cycle).
The first payment is made immediately after completing the order.
Subsequent payments will be automatically charged each year on the anniversary of the first payment (e.g. if you paid on 15 May 2026, the next payment will take place on 15 May 2027).
Payment is made via your stored payment card or another chosen payment method in our payment system.
After each payment you will receive a tax document (invoice) at the e-mail address stated in your account.
4. Automatic renewal of membership
Your membership renews automatically for a further annual period unless you cancel it before the end of the current period.
Before each automatic renewal we will inform you by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.5. Cancellation of recurring payments and membership You can cancel your membership and recurring payments at any time in your account settings (the “Membership” or “Subscription” section) or by e-mail at [gallery contact e-mail].
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period already paid for.
After cancellation, no further amounts will be charged.
No refunds are given for periods already paid for (not even a pro rata part).
6. Changes to the price and terms ORIGINAL GALLERY reserves the right to unilaterally change the membership price or these terms.
We will inform you of any change by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.
If you do not agree with the change, you have the right to cancel your membership before the change takes effect (without any further payment).
7. Payment failure If a payment fails (e.g. due to insufficient funds on the card), we will try to contact you and give you 7 days to complete the payment.
If the payment is not made, the membership will be suspended and then terminated.
8. Other provisions These terms form an integral part of the membership agreement.
All terms and disputes are governed by the law of Hungary.
The court with local jurisdiction is the court of the company's registered office in Hungary.
ORIGINAL GALLERY reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time with a refund of the pro rata part of the fee (only in the event of termination by the gallery).
