Description
Gyotaku is a Japanese method of preserving the memory of a caught fish by means of its partial print and subsequent completion with a brush. I have adopted this method only partially and try to complete and enliven the image with minimalist elements. This particular fish is a European perch, which we caught on the Berounka river with my son Matěj, whom I am teaching to fish.
