This painting is part of my extensive collection of paintings titled *Little Women* (LITTLE WOMEN). The collection was inspired by a play that was being performed at the theater at the time.
It depicts women—sisters—in various life situations. Their hair, flowing upward and to the sides, symbolizes the various thoughts that escape from everyday life into a mind full of fantasy and color. My collection includes nearly 20 works with similar themes in various sizes.
