This painting is part of my extensive collection of paintings titled *Little Women* (LITTLE WOMEN). The *LITTLE WOMEN* collection was inspired by a play that was being performed at the theater at the time. It depicts women—sisters—in various life situations. Hair flowing upward and to the sides symbolizes the various thoughts that escape from everyday life into a mind full of fantasy and color. I have nearly 20 works with similar themes in various sizes in this collection.
