Short description: This meadow is not botanical. The plants have layers, texture, and shapes, as if they came from somewhere else and wanted to say something. The light colors keep the painting in a positive mood, while the contrast keeps it from becoming dull. Meadow draws the viewer into a field that is more of a mood than a map. The viewer is meant to feel the movement, the light, and that special closeness of flowers that cannot be named. In 2021, the painting was selected as the “Work of the Month” on Artmajeur.
