"Quiet Courage" from the "Beauties on the Road" series. A semi-abstract painting on a 3D panel (the motif continues on the sides—4 cm deep) captures a fragile yet powerful moment at sea, a moment when a sailboat moves forward quietly, without fanfare, trusting only in the wind and its own course. Soft pastel shades of blue, beige, and pink create an atmosphere of calm, while the movement of the water and loose brushstrokes evoke the inner tension of the journey. In contrast to the larger, more distant sail, a symbol of courage emerges: sometimes a small step forward is all it takes to begin a great journey. The painting speaks of quiet strength, hope, and the determination to follow the horizon. This work is part of the series “Beauties on the Road,” which was first presented at the artist’s solo exhibition at the BC Titanium Gallery in Brno.
